The hotel takes its name from the former Accademia dei Filotimi, founded on the site in 1565 for the education of young noblemen. In 1797 it became an inn with stabling for horses and in 1880 an elegant hotel facing onto Via Mazzini, today the most exclusive shopping street in the heart of Verona.

 

The hotel restaurant offers a fine Italian menu, a great way to celebrate a days golfing. We also recommend the American Bar for a great variety of cocktails which we think is a must for any good holiday!

 

The location of the Accademia is excellent, allowing you to enjoy the attractions of Verona including Juliet’s Balcony and, of course, the excellent shopping ! Don’t forget your credit card, there is bound to be something that takes your fancy.
